Rick has has been solving tax problems and preparing tax returns for over three decades. He graduated cum laude from Golden Gate University in 1991 with a B.S. in Tax Accounting. In addition, Rick passed all 4 parts of the SEE (Special Enrollment Examination) in 1992 that allows him to represent clients before all levels of the IRS.
Ashlee has worked at DeMartini & Associates since 2002, and now specializes in business tax. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration (Financial Services) from San Francisco state in 2009, and passed the SEE (Special Enrollment Examination) in 2018, which allows her to represent clients before the IRS.
Ryan has worked at DeMartini & Associates since 2018. He attended Golden Gate University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2022 and a Master of Science in Taxation in 2023. He passed the Special Enrolled Examination in 2022, allowing him to represent clients before the IRS.
Alexandra has worked at DeMartini & Associates since 2016 after graduating from Sonoma State University. She helps with scheduling consultations, accessing your portal, billing and offers other administrative assistance.
Since 1962 Len has solved tax issues and prepared returns. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from UC Berkeley in 1960. In 1977 he passed the Special Enrollment Examination, of the thousands who took that examination, he had one of the top twenty scores.
